HOA Dues (Assessments) Payments and related info.
Your Homeonwer’s Association operates solely on funds received from annual dues (Assessments) which are required by the recorded CC&R’s for the development. These funds do several things for your HOA. If you wish to get an idea of what the association’s expenses are, please click the links below to review the budget. (Please remember that the budget is an estimate of expenses only. Owners of record who wish to more specifically review expenses may make an appointmenet with management to "take a look at the books".)

Mail a check or money order

Pay by Credit or Debit card
Call 253-841-0111, dial extension ’0′ and the receptionist will direct your call to the department that can take your payment. Please note there is a 3% convenience fee for this option.
